Appointment Policy: Please call 208-263-2145 to schedule any appointments. We will do our best to schedule your pet's appointment to fit your schedule. 24 to 48 hour notice is appreciated. For all surgical appointments, it is asked that you admit your pet first thing in the morning. We accept admitted patients between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. All surgical procedures require that your pet fast from 10 p.m. the evening before the surgery; water is encouraged during that time.
 
Emergency Policy: There are times when your pet might require immediate medical attention. At those times, please call our office at 263-2145 to let us know when we can expect you. We will do our very best to make sure your pet is seen immediately.
 
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit cards (we do not accept American Express) and Care Credit, call us or visit CareCredit.com to learn more about this program.
