Appointment Policy: Please call 208-263-2145 to schedule any appointments. We will do our best to schedule your pet's appointment to fit your schedule. 24-48 hour notice is appreciated. For all surgical appointments, it is asked that you admit your pet between 8:00 and 8:30. All surgical procedures require that your pet fast from 10:00 p.m. the evening before the surgery; water is encouraged during that time.
 
Emergency Policy: There are times when your pet might require immediate medical attention, at those times just call our office (if possible) to let us know when we can expect you. We will do our very best to make sure your pet is seen immediately.
 
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time of service. We accept check, cash or credit cards (we do not accept American Express). We understand that along with unexpected emergencies come unexpected costs. Please speak with us about payment options, if necessary, at the time of your emergency visit.
